Website estimates are informational and based only on the answers submitted. They are not binding quotes. Final pricing and scope require review and a signed engagement agreement.

Not tax, legal, or audit advice

LedgerReset’s initial service concerns bookkeeping cleanup and administrative support. It does not include tax-return preparation, legal advice, an audit, assurance services, or a guarantee that records will satisfy a lender, investor, tax authority, or other third party.

Customer responsibility

Customers remain responsible for providing complete and accurate information, reviewing factual assumptions, and approving their financial records.

Future engagements

Any paid work will be governed by a separate written scope, pricing, responsibilities, confidentiality terms, and limitations.
